Since more than 15 years of clinical practice we have seen many patients coming to the clinic only when they experience pain in their teeth, then in such cases the root canal treatment or the extraction of the tooth remains the only treatment options for them which needs to spend a lot of money from their pocket.

Sometimes the patients report when the tooth becomes non vital or is dead which lends to diminished life-span of such tooth even after the treatment just because of reporting late to the dentist.
